How does the management fee work?
Our management fee covers all aspects of running and managing our customer accounts. With options to reduce them between 10% - 50% per month!
How does performance based pricing work?
Performance based pricing only applies when over 100 customer records are added to an account, for any given month. Performance is measured by 4 & 5 star reviews. We use a sliding scale volume based pricing approach. Essentially the higher the customer volume we manage, the cheaper it becomes! Higher customer volume = Cheaper cost per review!
How do I secure upto 50% off our account?
We offer new customers a chance to lock in large ongoing discounts by paying a management fee in advance. The options are:
- > 3 months ( 20% discount ) $120 per month
- > 6 months ( 30% discount ) $105 per month
- > 12 months ( 40% discount ) $90 per month
- > Pay with direct debit, and add an extra 10% discount
Are there contracts or minimum terms?
The short answer is no. There are no minimum terms or lengthy contracts that any of our customers have to agree to. We only require 30 days notice if you decide to cancel your account with us, that is all.
